What is in the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)?
On September 25th 2015, countries adopted a set of goals to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years.
For the goals to be reached, everyone needs to do their part: governments, the private sector, civil society and people like you.

What is the National SDG Portal
The National SDG portal is a platform for all stakeholders to make public commitments (pledges) and report on their efforts in support of the SDGs; and consequently gather data on the participation and impact of the public and private sector.
What is a pledge
A pledge is the organization’s public commitment to one or more SDG Goals. It describes what is being done between and how these are contributing to the National Sustainability Agenda. A pledge has a measureable impact within a specific timeframe.
